Claude Code
Terminal
- Run the command to add the server.
- Run
/mcpin Claude Code and sign in to Chatfuel.
claude mcp add --transport http chatfuel-api https://mcp.chatfuel.com/panel/apiThe Chatfuel API in your coding agent
Give Claude Code, Codex, VS Code, Cursor or Gemini CLI the whole Chatfuel GraphQL API. The agent searches the schema and runs any query or mutation your account allows.
Connecting Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant for everyday work in Chatfuel? Use the Chatfuel MCP server instead.
Add the server link to your assistant, then sign in with your Chatfuel account.

The Model Context Protocol is an open standard for connecting AI assistants to outside tools and data. You add a server link to the assistant once; it then discovers what the server can do and carries out those actions for you.
This server exposes Chatfuel: your bots, AI automations, knowledge base, contacts and broadcasts. The assistant acts with your own permissions, and you can revoke its access at any time.

}The server acts on your behalf with the same permissions as your Chatfuel account.
Your assistant opens the Chatfuel sign-in page. Log in with your Chatfuel account and approve access on the consent screen. The assistant then works with the same permissions you have. To let it only view your data, turn on Read-only there.
API MCP and the Chatfuel MCP server are separate connections, so sign in to each one you add.
To revoke access, open Connected apps in the Chatfuel panel.
Use a CLI token when your assistant can’t sign in through the browser, or for scripts and CI. The assistant sends it in the Authorization: Bearer header on every request.
Create a token
Open CLI token in the Chatfuel panel, click Create token and copy it. It is shown only once.
The token stays in this browser tab. Anyone with it can access your Chatfuel account, so keep it secret.
